Gym Beast is a mobile application that provides:

  • Progress tracking and insights
  • Gamification features and character upgrades

3. User Accounts

  • Do not upload offensive or inappropriate material.
  • Do not upload content that violates laws or regulations.
  • Do not upload malware or harmful code.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for:

  • Personal fitness improvement and analysis
  • Tracking your own workout performance
  • Lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable laws

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection, temporary server-side processing, and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its design and content, is owned by us.
  • Our trademarks and brand features may not be used without permission.

Your License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or what you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

To the App

13. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms or illegal activity.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends and you must stop using it. We may delete your data after a reasonable period.

14. General Provisions

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of The Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA).

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
